Gastronomic experience at SkyHaus Coffee

Hi folks!

One of the favourite activity during my dating time with DH is to explore different vegetarian eateries far and near.

After having children we kinda eat more at home.

One weekend, DH happened to be free and I stumbled upon this lovely cafe from the Vegetarian Society Facebook page and DH said let's go visit the place!

Feeling all excited like dating time again, we packed our kids to the car and off we went and we were not disappointed.

All lovely meals for our kids and us. My favourite pasta, dairy free gelato for my youngest who is allergic to dairy and eggs.

Burgers and fries for older kids..lovely peppermint tea in cute cups...

The place was quite packed when we went on a Sun evening. Good thing we have reserved a seat before arriving.

Check out the place if you love to try out some yummy vegetarian food and lovely ambiance.

Meals at home during weekend

Hi folks!

Remember when we were in high school/ secondary, one of my favourite subject is "Kemahiran Hidup"/ Life skills whereby we learn practical and useful skills like carpentry, sewing, cooking, etc.

Last weekend, my two kids wanted to try out some new dishes, so my daughter prepared her first fried vermicelli for dinner and my son prepare roti canai with telur(eggs with Indian flat bread) and pisang(bananas with Indian flat bread) for brunch and I just cooked a big pot of Vegetarian curry to go with both dishes. Everyone gives a thumbs-up 👍 and felt satisfied with their achievement (me included as I am not very good with curry but this round the curry turns our yummy 😋)!
