unsatisfied Part I

recently I am a customer of this shop.. and I have quite a bad experience or rather a dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by this shop.

Just imagine.. as a walkin customer I personally have purchased about RM500 worth of goods and one of them was a toy supposedly to be present to my friend.. I was suppose to give the present to my friend's baby the same day.. naturally I will buy a nice wrapper... Let me ask most of you.. if you are in my situation, do you go and ask the shop to help you wrap for you? I don't know your response.. but I did.. and they said.. "for this service we will charge".. ok fine.. I thought it will be a charge of RM1 or max will be RM2.. but to my surprise.. it is RM5!!! maybe to you it's not much. but it's like 1/2 the price of car wash... or 1/2 a price of service charge for a normal car service (in some areas :p)!!! I think it is way unacceptable to me by my standard.

unsatisfied Part II

probabaly you will be thinking maybe I am speaking to one of the staff which are not in control of this.. but I am sure I am speaking to the boss or rather supervisor.. cause he can give some discounts. I'd even tried to talk to him and ask for a free service but without even hasitating or giving another thought he just snobishly said "we just have to charge" !@#$%$#%$^!!! then I have no choice and said "I'd rather wrap it myself"


unsatisfied Part III

what kind of a customer service is this shop providing??? in this worse time of economic situation.. small stuff like this kind of a service will give a customer sense of satisfaction and definately ppl would recommend again. but to me.. sorry to say this will be my last visit!! and I will not stop just here. Until this shop can change their "squeeeezzzz every bit of money you have" kind of atitude... this shop can never go very far.

p/s my comment might just be deleted by tomorrow morning.... but if this shop will admit and try to better their service.. I might just rethink and give this shop another chance.
