Hoping to get it checked though family doc said no infection..and all without burning a big hole in my pocket..dentist fee certainly aren't cheap these days..got time & patience to queue then only can consider the equally competent one here:
Hi Kak Nura and Chinnee, thanks ...and yep super expensive is now "AVOIDED" for now..I think it was caused by sleep-deprived, weather, lack of sleep and lack of water consumption :P
I managed to get better the next day by drinking lotsa lo han ko, cucumber soup, barley, plum+honey+salt...magical...

super expensive never mind, but the difficulty to get an appointment is really killing man especially when there is sudden pain like this, sienz!
