Hi folks! This is another remedy I tried. Cut the top part of the orange, stuff rock sugar in it, close it back and put a toothpick to secure it. Double-boiled for 3hrs and eat the fillling & juices. I made two oranges at one go.
Hi, is this for dry cough or phlegmy cough? I've been coughing on and off for 2 months and currently taking antibiotics and Mulcosolvan pills for phlegm. Heard of this double boiled orange remedy but not sure if it's effective for phlegm or just cough. I'm willing to try anything to rid of my phlegm!!

Hi omelet, i am as eager to cure my cough as you but i didn't ask if for what type of cough.
But for me, I am having "white" phlegm. Maybe let me check with my friend and let you know :)
