Popeye Porridge for a mc day

Hi folks!
Yesterday went for my 7th month checkup. While trying to climb up the bed and lie down for the checkup, I suddenly sprained my neck. Unable to turn left and right without pain. Plus been coughing for two weeks is DH..thus made this Popeye porridge for us both. Consist of spinach, sweet potatoes, carrot, protein soy cubes,seaweed and some ginger. A nourishing meal..hopefully we recover soon! Cheers and have a good weekend folks! :)
