Hi folks!
Hunger pangs often strikes at wee hours in the morning after nighttime feeding for baby ZS.
Here's my yummy warm comfort food- multigrain porridge.
Ingredients:
10 grains rice(leftover from yesterday)
Wolf berries
Organic French beans
Organic pumpkin
Organic seaweed beancurd vegetarian fish
Organic tomatoes
Red dates
Cashew nuts
Kelps
Ginger
Bit of organic Himalayan salt
Preparation and cooking time : 10 minutes
