My second bread-making attempt

Hi folks!

I made a favourite bread the second time round(first time I tried raisins bread)... Focacia bread...yum..didn't have marjoram and sage thus replaced it with oregano and basil...and also used grapeseed oil instead of olive oil.. Taste great..not too hard ...yummy...

Improvement: Will need to cover it with cloth towel the next round when let it cool so that the crust or outer layer doesn't dried up and hardened.

Wait till my next experiment and exploration :)
