Hi folks! I am more conscious of adding raw food in our meals whether is cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes etc...which I felt good after taking these fresh and uncooked vegetables. What about you? Do you have the habit to nibble on fresh and raw food like salads to keep your days going? For the kids, they simply love raw cucumber. So I cut them into slices or stick-like as their snacks :) which is better than taking sugar-laden & sweet stuff like chocolate and ice-cream.
