What do you enjoyed most during your weekend? For me is my one hour me time doing just the thing I don't get to do often.
It feels good to be back to my self-care regime..though I have not pick up my usual speed but it's been a nice slow and easy start 👍🤗 walk-run-yoga pose-stretching-jumping-adjusting my audio 😅 to listen to my podcast and audio recording 😊- running and timing myself again 😂
Also trying to check my usual 10 rounds the pool within 20mins is actually equivalent to about 1.5km..good benchmark for me..
What a great way to start my day 🙏❤️🙌
