I have got into yoga routine after I graduate from Uni. and haven't been doing it regularly after I got married and have children.

The Aroma Yoga session is a short yet very enriching session! I have always love doing yoga as my whole body felt so relax and loosen up after the session.
The instructor first gave everyone a protection oil- White Angelica to apply on our sole. Next we did rounds of warm up pose followed with eo that helps in relaxing our muscle namely wintergreen+peppermint.
After few more poses that helps our body to detox, we applied Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood π to ground ourselves.
πThe instructor said many of her businessmen students swear by this oil which brings them luck. They apply this oil diligently at their tail bone π and it brings them abundance of good luck π
Next, we continue working on with yoga blocks, yoga balls and a special yoga roller stick. Also, we were taught how to apply raindrop oils on ourselves as part of detox. And we ended the session with Surender oil that we do a clearing session to clear all the negative energy in us and receive all the love π back.
The instructor is really knowledgeable and practical. She passed us lotsa wise tips which I must make sure I write it down here as my own reference too:
π Oils which are great for water retention- grapefruit, lemon, ginger followed with rosemary
πOils like PPP, dragon time, Endoflex can be applied on big thighs plus a special ball exercise which is helpful for pre-menstrual symptom as well as people who have irregular menstrual cycle or missed cycle; so are oils like Fennel+Rose(or can be substituted with Geranium) to get the cycle back in order ❤️
πCopaiba is like the "tongkat ali" of all oils. If you are not able to manage the fever π€ after applying peppermint eo, you can try layering with copaiba as it is known to be able to magnify any oils used ❤️
πwhen we curl our toes downward and we find our toes are on top of each other, we need to watch our shoes to see if they are of the right size and designs
πoils like copaiba and RC is a very good oils to use for skin and respiratory
