Hi folks!
I am not sure which stall started it, after I seen one of the vegetables stalls started selling bundles of vegetables at 3 bundles for MYR5, there are a lot of other stalls have started having that offer too. And usually it's the usual varieties. One day I stumbled upon this unusual vegetables(to me at least!) called Bentong Seaweed. Sounds very yummy and healthy to me. So off I went buying a bundle along with two other vegetables that my family loved like French beans and lettuce.
I asked the seller how should I prepare this vegetables, and she said just stir-fry it. I am feeling adventurous and in need of some comfort hot soup so I though to try it out with some noodles soup. Amazingly yummy when added with slices of ginger and vegetarian anchovies/mushroom stalk slices. Awesomely yummy I must say!
Love to explore more of these many types of vegetables that I have yet to try ..and looks very nutritious too!

Rushy Day and Uncooperative toddler...what to do?
Hi folks!
Being a full-time working mom of 3 school-going children, it can gets rather challenging especially when you have a rather defiant toddler fighting with his equally defiant brother. My morning can be a warzone or a deaf-mode depending which mode I chose.
Often, i would get a melt-down toddler who refused to walk on his own when his wants are not met. What's more challenging is we are often running late...multiply the stress by many times...
Sometimes i get impatient and mad, at times i just try to mellow down and negotiate or speak to my beloved toddler nicely. Previously, when i find myself raging or getting mad, i can feel the pain in my heart. I don't get that of late. Not sure if using ylang ylang essential oil daily on my wrist and back of my neck daily has anything to do with it.
After getting a short haircut, my hair gets bit messy in the morning, so i checked and found out that cedarwood and ylang ylang essential oil helps to manage this dry and untidy mane. So i have been diligently applying these two oils every morning. It seems to calm my morning rush beside calming my "hair".
So, mommies out there, who often have power struggle with your children, i strongly recommend that you apply some ylang ylang essential oils as a layer of protection for your heart health. Also, it really acts well as our natural perfume too!
Am loving this new routine of mine while trying to have a more peaceful morning routine with my two bubbly boys.
Cheers to a calmer morning folks! Love to get any tips and tricks from y'all!
Note: If you like to know where to get the ylang ylang and cedarwood essential oils i am using, feel free to give me a message. Alternatively, you can also easily check out here how you could get those handy oils at wholesale price. It's just so simple to use!

Mommy's Doraemon Bag
Hi folks!
When you have active boys or curious girls around, Mommy's bag have to be what my kids named it as a "Doraemon's" 😉 bag.
When we went out for meal yesterday my son just dashed away, running and then tripped at the parking lot despite our warning not to run(as usual...kids just seems to be programmed to run the moment they see a large space at every opportunity 🤷♀️)..
He kept quiet in the car after listening to short lecture from us..then my hubby noticed the cuts on his knee.
Immediately, my daughter called out to me, mommy did you bring any oils(a.k.a essential oils)? Let's apply some for him.
So I dished out my "doraemon" bag and found a plaster, a lavender essential oil(which I always carry around) and a thieves spray. Just what we needed to clean the wound(with thieves spray), stop and soothe the pain(with lavender essential oil) and protect the wound (with plaster) temporary from brushing against other surface.
What mommy's "gadget" do you keep in your bag? I still have some other handy ones that I bring in my doraemon's bag 😊...Thieves hand sanitiser, a small toy car 🚗 and my diffuser necklace with my fav pick-me-up essential oils(geranium, ylang ylang, Idaho black Spruce, Believe...rotated according to what I pick for the day) to cheer up my days ❤️
All these comes in handy when time calls for it 👍💪 when we are out and about 🚙
What do you bring along in your bag which you find useful? Do share with me ❤️
And if you are interested to find out more how about the Young Living Essential Oils I used to carry around with me, just give me a buzz and I am happy to share more with you.
Alternatively, you can also easily check out here how you could get those handy oils at wholesale price. It's just so simple to use!
Cheers and have a fun-filled and safe weekend!

Aid for chicken pox scar
Hi folks!
Tea tree oil also known as Melaleuca, this is one of the essential oil which I have bought and uses a lot!
When I had chicken pox during my 8th month pregnancy, imagine my entire big belly was so itchy and my face too. And some kind soul recommended that I use tea tree oil as it can reduce the itchiness as well as reduce scar.
So each time after shower, I would diligent use a cotton bud and apply the oil near on each of the dots on my face, belly, arms, etc. True enough, the itch was bearable and I am able to sleep. And today I am don't have any scar(since it's not itchy and I managed not to scratch) anywhere from the chicken pox that I had.
And today I have often use tea tree oil for my acne and also it is said to be able to reduce black heads 😊 i love the cooling sensation that comes from applying this oil. Plus it can also be used alternatively with diluted Thieves or lemon essential oils on the sole of school-going children to help in their immune system especially when the weather gets cold.

Raya activities and small kitchen mishaps
Hi folks!
During the Raya weekend, we went back to visit my in-laws with my children. We love the cooking time together as my mother-in-law would prepare a lot of lovely food for us. I could only be her assistant and do some cutting and washing.
As I was cutting some chillies 🌶, I accidentally cut my thumb and the blood just kept oozing out. I am not sure how Deep is the cut but I could feel the pain and my in-law must have been shocked to see the drips of blood on the chopping board.
So immediately I rush upstairs and get my lavender and I dropped neat on the wound and tried to stop the bleeding by holding onto it and put on the plaster. Of course we know helichrysum essential oil would be the best oil in such circumstances as it is a natural painkiller and is known as the invisible seal for cuts like this. However, with only lavender with me, I just use it with faith and it does help to reduce the pain and subsequently stop the bleeding as well.
No stitches required and the wound is now healed. So folks, do get one and carry your handy lavender essential oil around whenever your u go...you never know when you might need it! ❤️
I used it for cuts, for insect bites, as insect repellant, for burns, for bath soak, for a good sleep and simply just to relax and have a lovely scent around...to up our frequencies ✌️
❤️ my lavender eo, my trusty first aid 🙏
Are you interested to get your hands on these lovely Young Living Essential Oils? Just give me a buzz and I am happy to share more with you.

Traffic condition after Raya break
Hi folks!
After the long (Hari Raya) break, everyone seems to be working hard to clear their piles of work in office that for the past few days, it was such an unusually bumper-to-bumper ride at the carpark itself(my colleagues and I were stuck in a massive jam in the carpark for as long as 30 minutes) and all the way home! Last night it took my friend 2 hours instead of 1 hour to reach home.
I felt aching all over my body due to the long drive. After I finished my dinner and getting ready for shower it was already 9pm. I got my husband to apply the raindrop oils with some basic feathering technique for me and I slept like a baby 👶 till it was hard to wake up early to prepare my daughter for school 😊 the next day!
